Therapy<\/h2><p>The purpose of this treatment is to eliminate the pressure and interaction on the nerve and eliminate the pain by reducing the inflammation and edema caused by the hernia putting pressure on the nerve.<br \/>For this, a long-acting steroid and a local anesthetic drug are used.<br \/>The intervention is performed in a controlled manner, accompanied by a C-arm fluoroscopy device. There are 2 different types of intervention.<br \/><strong>1- Interlaminar:<\/strong> The drug is injected into the space around the spinal cord by entering through the middle of the spine.<br \/><strong>2- Transforaminal:<\/strong> The drug is injected directly into the affected nerve root by entering it from the side where the hernia acts.<br \/><strong>3- Caudal Block:<\/strong> The drug
